A great technique is to watch the beauty of the sun setting. Just sitting and watching it set, we can try to forget about all the stresses in our lives. It sets very slowly, the light changes, and finally the night will have arrived. The great thing is that you know the sun will rise tomorrow, but for now you can relax.
